First off, on the web site it says check in time is 2 pm. We showed up and were told we might be able to check in by 3. Once we did get to our room we noticed that in the shower area there were tiles missing from the celling. There were only 2 sets of towels for a room with a hot tub so we called for more and they never brought any to our room. When the shower was used the drain was very very slow so you were standing in dirty water the whole time. Now for the hot tub, if thats what you want to call it. You should call it a warm tub. The hot water was just a little over luke warm. Then when you turn the jets on it hardly worked. The pump kept going on and off and when it was working there was very little pressure no matter what we did to the controls. Issue number? lost count by now. They advertised free HBO, we never did find it on our TV and the chanels they did have were either sports or kids chanels. Ok enough about the first few hours now for day two. WHERE was the breakfast? Never did see one either day. We left the room b4 11:00 am so the maids could clean the room. When we got back they never touched our room. Never maid the bed, no new dry towels nothing, they never went into the room at all. I went to the office to ask for some dry towels they acted like I was asking for a ton of gold. Over all this was one of the worest places I've ever stayed at. My job takes me on the road all over the east cost and I've stayed in enough places to have a good opinion. I would not stay at this place again even if it was for free. Don't waste your money and find another place. I'm sure I've forgot a few other little things but little things add up to make your stay crappy.
