I booked this room because of the search online and the value. These days that is important I think to everyone. However, while there I had a brand new TomTom stolen from our room. I had taken it down with us there but, left the charger at home. So, I had not use for it while I was there. When I left needless to say I came home without it...I spoke to Dipesch and Kenny whom I was told were the owner/operators. I did get back some camera cards that was left, that I thanked Kenny for sending me. I had no offer of replacement of the item. I was told they would review the cameras there because apparently they are new and are very good to see whom went in the room. To date I have heard nothing from them at all. I had a horrible experience at this location. For what I chose because of saving money, it cost me $200.00 more to replace my Tom-Tom...I would just caution anyone using this location. I was told by Dipesh that there was a ring that was taken prior to our stay * he told me afterwards* and that he feels bad because it will have a negative impact on customers returning. I told him that I was going to put the word out of what happened and I come down all the time as well as this summer planning a vacation with several family members. They have lost customers and will continue to do so with actions like these...I honestly can't believe that this happened and they the owner/operator offered no SOLUTION to the problem...NOTHING at all in reference to the stolen Tom-Tom...Kind of shows you the value they put into the people that stay there ( customers )...Anyway, I hope this helps the next person whom is thinking of staying at this location. I know that if I had read something from the person who had her ring taken, I would have declined to stay at this location. I hope you do to! Trust me, saving money is nothing when you have to payout for something stolen from you! I also want to note to that the doors to your room which is all located on the outside, is not flush to the wall, you can see the daylight come right through and feel the cold air coming in....Not a great impression even if I had nothing stolen!
