Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our reservation was somehow keyed in incorrectly and we were scheduled to be there a month earlier. Problem was resolved after a long phone call. Front desk guy gave us a big corner room on the 8th floor...windows on 2 walls and a great view. Problem was the valet guys blew car horns and whistles all night long. We were awakened throughout the night (lost track of how many times) by the noise. This went on through the entire night on both nights of our stay. Carpets were worn and stained, bathroom was small (nowhere to set your toilettries), no hair dryer, no safe, no coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and clean for me but my husband thought it was a little hard. House keeping stocked the room with 1 towel; no washclothes or hand towels, but they quickly brought more when I called. We ate at Gallagher's for dinner and the food was very good. We went to Boogie Nights (night club) and it was fun. Check out was quick and easy. Most of the hotel and casino staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel for the location but stay at a more expensive one if you've got plenty of money.
