This was my husband's & my first stay at Trump Marina (usually we get comped at the Borgata), & we were pleasantly surprised! We got a good on-line price deal for a Mon./Tues. night stay, & found the basic room quite adequate for our needs (we were renting, not buying). It was clean & comfortable, although the walls were thin, & we did hear our neighbors on either side of us. Luckily, I brought ear-plugs. The hotel layout was compact, which meant we didn't have to do too much excess walking between our room & the casino area or food places. The Buffet, while not even close to the Borgata standards (nothing is), was more "down-home" like (more comparable to the casinos in Colorado), & we were able to find many choices to our liking. For lunches, we discovered a little pizzeria place with very reasonable prices & delicious food. They also had free tennis courts available -- a definite plus, in my book! The staff was friendly & helpful -- I think that tends to be a two-way street, wherever you go. Best of all, I play Blackjack, & was able to do VERY well, even though the number of tables available was somewhat limited. We will definitely include this casino in our repertoire, especially if they start sending us comps!
