Pros: The staff, the balconies, the jacuzzi and the shuttle

We had stayed at the Flagship a few years ago and, therefore, were disappointed when our "suite" was just a small room with double beds and a below average efficiency-kitchenette. The carpet and furnishings were dark and dirty-looking, there was not enough storage room for a family of four, the one chair in the room blocked access to the air conditioning, which could not be lowered, and the clock radio was not working. I also thought the Fitness Center, which I went to every morning, should have been on the same floor as the pool, not a floor below! And it would have been nice to see a recumbent bike in the center instead of three exercise bikes with uncomfortable seats and a couple of non-working panels. I was most disappointed in the fact that I could only get internet service if I paid for it in the Business Center after the information in the room said there was wireless service in every room! And I could not get it to work right from my own laptop, I had to use a hotel PC station.

I almost forgot! If the bathroom got too humid, the floors would become very slippery. Dangerous. We had to put towels on the floor to keep from slipping after we took a shower.
