the Havana rooms are not better then the regular rooms, you only pay more for the same room, I would come back to tropicana, its a nice hotel with a lots to offer but i will not book the havana room, waste of money, you better of with a regular room at any other towers there for a lot cheaperWe wanted something better and payed for the havana tower, but the rooms are not different then the regular rooms at other towers, very dissapointed

Dirty room, service terrible, we got there at 3:30pm (check in at 4pm) and they told us to come back, check in at 4pm without looking in the system if maybe the room is ready, with attitude.....Room dirty and dark, bathroom dirty.....
will never come back there
