Pros:
Courteous, prompt, kind service, with the customers's convenience and requests in mind.
Cons:
Inability to access handicapped services such as wheelchairs.

All in all, the service and accomodations were outstanding. I would have liked better communication in regards to breakfast schedules in restaurant. I also think Resorts and the other hotels would fare better in customer satisfaction if services such as accomodations for elderly and handicapped were available at check in.
