Clean comfortable room, 1/2 block to boardwalk, pleasant staff, free breakast. Control knob on the jacuzzi was missing so we did not use it. Although the check-in and check-out times were not convenient (we came by bus) the staff was good enough to hold our luggage. Motel is surrounded by vacant lots/construction site. If you want to stay within walking distance of the boardwalk at a relatively cheap price you won't be dissapointed.
Would definately stay again.
