Room was ready when we got there (after 5 PM). Stay was on Thursday for 1 night (pre July 4 weekend) so it was not extra busy. Had an excellent dinner at Goodfellas just down the road. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. We stayed in Jaccuzzi room and it worked fine. The bed seemed to have a broken box spring and it was a bit firm for our taste.Comcast had done work on the cable so TV was intermittent and the internet access did not work at all for us during our stay. We complained about it a few times and were told others in the hotel were working, but we could not access the same WIFI point they were using from our room location.There was a problem with our phone ringing repeatedly in the morning - and the solution recommeded by the staff was to "unplug the phone" with a passing excuse about the wake-up call system. We did not request a wake-up call so I am at a loss as to how that would have impacted our phone.The booking/reservation advertised an included continental breakfast, but none was provided. We were told it is usually only provided on weekends because otherwise there is wasted food. We were advised that we should have asked about it when we checked in if we wanted it - SO BE SURE YOU ASK FOR IT when you check in.........We only paid $45 for the room, so all things considered, this was still a reasonably good value for the money given hotels directly in Atlantic City were going for $145 per night!

I stayed 3 nights. Saturday to monday night. When first got there they gave me the wrong room. Then was given a smoking room when I reserved the room online already for non smoking. So had to stay in the King smoking room. The room had no remote to tv or ice bucket. Second and thrid night me and my wife stayed in the King with jacuzzi. Check in time is 3. We got back from the shore around 5 and our room was still not ready. Finally when we got the room which was ok, our bed was broke. I think it was the box spring. So the bed was lopsided. I talked to person in charge and didnt change our room or nothing. Just said he will fix it. So slept on the bed for 2 nights. I would not go back to this place at all. The people were nice but the service and room were not that great at all.

We reached the hotel at 1:30 and we had to wait untill 3:00pm to get checked in they could change the times.  overall the hotel was very convienent to the casinos. and their were gas stations and banks at close range.I would recomend the Passport in to friends and i would definately stay there again.

We were greeted with very friendly staff even when checking in late at night. The room was clean and the suites had a jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, and microwave. TV had about 70 channels to choose from as well. We needed a lightbulb replaced for a small light beside the bed and the personnel was very happy to take care of it for us.
I was very skeptical because the hotel was so cheap but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised about how nice the place was for how little we paid.

It's a fine place to stay if you are just using it, like I do, as a place to crash between poker sessions at the Borgata. Out of a 3 day stay I may actually spend 6-7 hours there sleeping and showering.

I would absolutely recommend staying at Passport Inn & Suites their customer service, price, and room far exceeded my expectations it has a modern feel of comfort with excellent cleanliness. I slept like a baby and was totally refreshed to take on 2 days of conference training. The Inn is located in an area where you will find many eating establishments, tourism activities, and not far from the major casinos. overall for the purpose of the trip it was feasible but we wished the room woudnt have been as smelly or had basic appliances that were assumed to have..like an iron or shower curtain =. It also does not help that we were put in a smokers room and no ash trays...weird and that we dont smoke.

First off, on the web site it says check in time is 2 pm. We showed up and were told we might be able to check in by 3. Once we did get to our room we noticed that in the shower area there were tiles missing from the celling. There were only 2 sets of towels for a room with a hot tub so we called for more and they never brought any to our room. When the shower was used the drain was very very slow so you were standing in dirty water the whole time. Now for the hot tub, if thats what you want to call it. You should call it a warm tub. The hot water was just a little over luke warm. Then when you turn the jets on it hardly worked. The pump kept going on and off and when it was working there was very little pressure no matter what we did to the controls. Issue number? lost count by now. They advertised free HBO, we never did find it on our TV and the chanels they did have were either sports or kids chanels. Ok enough about the first few hours now for day two. WHERE was the breakfast? Never did see one either day. We left the room b4 11:00 am so the maids could clean the room. When we got back they never touched our room. Never maid the bed, no new dry towels nothing, they never went into the room at all. I went to the office to ask for some dry towels they acted like I was asking for a ton of gold. Over all this was one of the worest places I've ever stayed at. My job takes me on the road all over the east cost and I've stayed in enough places to have a good opinion. I would not stay at this place again even if it was for free. Don't waste your money and find another place. I'm sure I've forgot a few other little things but little things add up to make your stay crappy.

Service from management was very courteous anad friendly. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. I recommend it highly for those looking to getaway in Atlantic City without paying the casino hotel cost. Distance from casinos is good too. Recommend it highly :)
