This is a good choice if you want to go to Taj Mahal or Resorts and you are not used to higher-end hotels. And by higher end, I mean Hampton Inn, Days Inn & other chains. Try to get a room facing the ocean as you'll have less traffic noise. The little restaurant on the corner, Konstantino's (sp?) is very good for breakfast & very reasonable. We had on omellete & french toast & both were awesome.

If you have a limited budget, yet want to experience the excitement of Atlantic City, then this is a very reasonable place to stay. It is right next door to TWO casinos and ONE block from the boardwalk. The staff gave us tips about local restaurants, stores, and the casinos; they even gave us extra stuff when we asked for it. If you don't plan on spending alot of time in your room (in Atlantic City why would you), then this is a cheap, comfortable place to stay.

We did not sleep all night because we had these people on the balcony fighting and they were screaming and no one did anything about it, we called at the reception they said if they would not stop they would call the cops but it kept on going. The next morning we left around 9:30 I spoke to them again about what had happened and they didn't even say sorry or anything. That is not one place that I will recommend to my worst enemy.

i stayed at the crown in august, it was located right behind taj mahal which was good. the room was clean but a little worn around the edges. the staff was friendly, i booked through the internet and check in was a breeze. the only complaint i really have was the parking, it's free parking but it was really tight spaces, thought i was gonna hit the cars beside me. also and this isn't against the hotel there is a little breakfast place constantino's i urge you not to go there. was in there for an hour+ when i and my girlfriend got our food her omlette was raw on the inside. i literally saw 3 or 4 customers just leave and then badgered by one of the waitresses to come back. in the end i asked for my check complained about the service and being there for an hour and people who were after me being served 1st and left i will never go there again.

Last yr there was no incidents. This is the 2nd yr in a row we stayed at this motel. Its the cheapest within walking distance of the casino. I think because we did not have a hard winter, the bugs are bad this year. When we got up in the morning we found a Roach in the bathroom and also there was a tick on me in bed. Luckily got it off my arm before it dug in. This is a quiet motel and right behind Resorts casino. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms looked clean. There is a small competitive diner on the corner with ok prices where we had breakfast in the morning. I would stay again, just need to check everything before we leave because do not want to bring roaches or ticks home...lol.
