The room at the Resorts Casino was very clean and comfortable the bathroom area was alittle small

Resort Casino Ocean Tower Room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom area was small. Not enough counter space to put anything on in the bath area. The towels were not plush enough for what you expect at a casino hotel. I also think that you should have more than two large bath towel in the room per stay. No hair dryers in room

We had a nice day at the hotel. The room was nice, clean .
The pool was great, just the sauna didn't work. But averall we glad that we came to this place for our day off. Will deffently recomend my friend and family to come here.
Will come again when have another chance.

Before i booked my stay at Resorts i never read any reviews. Afterwards i realized i probably should have so i took a peek a day before i headed to AC and to say the least i was quite worried due to several bad reviews. The bad reviews i read seemed to all complain about customer service, how bad the rooms were and the smoke in the casino. When i arrived i was pleasantly suprised. The customer service was good, the room was better than expected, and the smoke in the casino was no different than any of the casinos ive been to in AC. Resorts was by far the cheapest room for me to rent in AC at the time of my trip and for the price it is well worth it. Its not a 5 star hotel, and if thats what your looking for, and if your very picky, then Resorts is probably not for you. But if you are looking for the best deal, and can cope with a slightly stiff bed in your room and a room that is not much different than your standard Holiday Inn, than Resorts is the place for you. The casino itself has a ton of penny slots which i was excited about, in fact i had a hard time finding many nickel or quarter machines. They dont have a poker room either, however from a short walk through the skywalk you can hit the taj mahal poker room and even the showboat poker room. So overall i was quite impressed with resorts and i think it gets a bad rap from the snooty crowd. I will definitely be coming back again. P.S. The waitresses wear practically nothing!!!

Food good, rooms in one tower better than other.. manager upgraded us due to noise from club in ocean tower was on 11th flr but base was all that could be heard. The rendevou tower was beautiful and would only recommend stayiing there.

The staff were exceptional in every area. Friendly and cheerful. THe rooms were clean and well kept. All of the staff greeted us by name and made us feel welcome. There was a problem with our extended reservation which took a long time to resolve. The customer service representative was very patient with us and resolved the issue.

My sisters and I took the longride from CT to AC but it was well worth the 3 hours. Checkin was a breeze, and the staff was extremely accommodating. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. We stayed in the RT tower and I have to say if we come back to AC we need to stay a bit longer than just 1 night, so we can enjoy the amenities better. 2 thumbs up A++

Resorts needs some updating. The rooms need some painting.The price was good for a hotel on the boardwalk.
Staff was friendly. The buffet was great.
42nd street show was fantastic.

Overall a great time. Checking in took about 30 minutes but otherwise the double bed room we stayed in at Rendezvous tower was really clean and spacious! I would recommend to a friend for sure & woud love to visit again!

This hotel was overall not a bad deal. Normally, I would have felt that we overpaid for what we got, but it seemed like Sat. night in AC was hard to get a hotel at a decent rate. The room was clean, but needed some updating. The mirror in the bathroom was chipped, the flooring could use some reconstruction. I liked the casino floor, the restaurants, the location, of this hotel. I also liked that their table mins were not as high as some of the other hotels which was nice. Overall, I would recommned this hotel as an average price and average expectations. We don't spend much time in the room anyways so if you want something decent and clean at a reasonable price then resorts is a good spot.

We got there and the room lights were not working and towels on the floor. It wasn't ready as they stated. I called and immediately they came up and moved us to another room which was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The buffet is a place to definitely go to. The food is great. Gallagher's is also great food, a bit pricer but worth the steak. Overall we did have a good experience but you have to watch out for the Asians they feel very entitled. First, at the buffet a lady pushed up against my husband and kept pushing him as if he didn't belong there until her husband told her something in their language. ok, no big deal but then at the casino my husband went to smoke a ciggerette at the smoking tables (he was with me at the non smoking tables) and there were 2 Asian ladies and I Asian man smoking so he joined them. As soon as they left the Asian dealer at the table snatched the ashtray and told my husband your not playing you can't smoke. What was that all about. He didn't say anything while the Asians were smoking and they weren't playing at that time either. the Asian dealer got nasty and so my husband called security and management and complained. They said they would speak to him but who knows. So, even though the hotel is nice and the food is good. You have to watch out for the Asians, they feel to entitled and they are racist. We had a nice time but don't think we will go back to that hotel because my husband felt they preferred the Asians over everyone else. There are more people than just Asians
