I was impressed with the courtesy of staff. We live in an age where common courtesy is swiftly losing ground, but the Hilton Staff is on top of their game! I loved them...very friendly,very sweet, very accommodating! Love you guys (and dolls!) -Ms. D. Rhodes

i was walking around in circles just to get their ach card.They should have the cards avail when you check-in at the lobby . 1st room had no ac working so they put me in another room floors above.what a pain ! These hotels should know what rooms need service b4 they put people in.

we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return our room was perfect and service was great - price was extremely reasonable for this location. - the casino was very roomy and bar service was very prompt and frequent - the front desk was very accommodating and friendly

I enjoyed staying there with a sea-view room. The room is clean and well organized. The service is nice. People are friendly and kindly answered my questions. I will resommend it to my friends. I will be happy to stay in the hotel in the future.

The rooms were comfortable . We ate at Simon Kerry restaurant. It was expensive & the food was not good for that kind of money. The drink I order called French kiss tastes like cough medicine. I think chef Simon should go there & retrain his cook. My family was very disappointed with dinner. I would stay at the hotel again but will not return to Simon steak house.

Nice sized room. Hotel could def use updating. Staff was so so as far as friendlines. Would have like to seen more shops, restaurants and bars within the resort. Kids enjoyed the resort as their first experience in Atlantic City. Loacation of resort was def further down than I expected.

We arrive at the hotel and put our luggage on consignement, they broke on of our wine bottle. They told us they will replace it, we had to wait almost two hours in the room to get another one. We can three times the front desk to know what was happening. After a ten our drive to go on the beach, we did`t want to spend two hours waiting for service. And most of all, you go at the front desk, and they don`t know what is a smile. On the other hand, the service at the casino is excellent, the employee are friendly, they always smile, and they really care of their guest. Conclusion, play at the Hilton casino, but don`t take a room there.

We loved the 2-sink bathroom; the large tub; the bed accommodated 2 adults and 1 child comfortably. We were able to check in about 3 hours early (lucky!) and get started on our mini vacation! Thank You! We were offered a choice of city view or ocean view. The price was affordable on a major holiday. The outside grounds of the hotel were also clean and pleasant for taking pictures. Very nice experience.

Although I got a good price, I was disappointed in the quality of the hotel. Our room was not ready after I waited 35+ minutes in a very long line to check in. I had to pay $12 for the internet connection. There was 1 outlet for electronic devices. The TV and internet connection wires were a mess (no wireless internet here). There were four items plugged into one power strip and two of the plugs on the power strip didn't work. I had to call for a replacement to watch TV and have internet at the same time.

The pool hours were very short and there was no free breakfast which seems to be standard in hotels that costs far less than this hotel.

I went for a quiet, relaxing time away from my busy schedule. This is the perfect hotel to stay in if you need a get away without the noisy activity of the casino scene. It is in a great location at the end of town away from the busyness of AC. You can get to all of the casinos and shopping within minutes. Coffee Shop is overpriced. Valet parking, Bellhops, Front Desk Staff were all friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my stay. I am a religious, senior citizen and did not feel out of place.
