A great weekend at the Sheraton, November 30, 2009

Pros: location was great with all the outlets and resturants in area

I love the Sheraton hotel and the location was great in the middle of everything. No matter where you went you saw the S on top of the building, so you were never lost. Just a little pricy, come down on price of rooms or give some sort of discount. The outlets are great! You can walk to most places you need to go too.

Pros: Perfectly clean and beautifully appointed great place to sleep off a hangover

We went to Atlantic City the weekend of an airshow. Not knowing the airshow was in town I figured I would book the cheapest room possible for a sunday night and expected to pay under $60 bucks at some cheap place. 10 phone calls later the cheap places are filled and the lowest price I can find is $130 at the Sharaton. Reluctantly I agreed to book the room, noting that it seemed a bit far from the boardwalk. Upon arrival I was VERY happy with our accomadations. Our check in was lightning fast. Even though we were 3 hours early they let us into the room that was perfectly made up. We had everything we needed in the room and I have nothing but compliments for the Hotel itself. As for the staff, well, everyone was amazing, except the attendent at the parking lot who was a dick that couldn't multi-task. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the board walk, but it is through the shops, if you're into that. Even so I would definately consider going back, even though it cost much more than I anticipated on a Sunday night, Damn airshow.

Very friendly staff both from AC Hotel Experts (where I made my hotel reservations) and Sheraton itself. I made a reservation hoping to get all the perks that came with it unfortunately it came out to be on a regular room only booking. I called up AC Experts and they told me that they will make all the necessary adjustments. We came to the hotel around 12:40pm and the room was ready. The hotel staff are very warm to us. We will definitely come back.

The Sheraton lived up to the standards of a Sheraton. However, planning before - could have been better- telephones took a LONG time to be answered. Staff who answered were not knowledgabel of the location of the bus and train stations !!! Dining staff and in-room dining staff need to be trained to be more pleasant. All-in-all it was a good pleasant stay (Wish they would change to a no-pets policy)!

This was our second stay at the Sheraton. Both times we had a very easy and quick check-in and out. We asked for an upgrade and were given one with no problems. The Tun Tavern had very good food and the outlets are right across the street. It is a far walk to the Boadwalk but they do have jitney's that you can take for $2.25 a person. For the price we paid, $99 a night plus free parking, the distance to the Boarwalk was worth it. The pool was disappointing, too much chlorine and very small for the size of the hotel.

i thought the promo package was good with parking being free. i requested for a smoking and was promised that upon arrival only to find out that there is no smoking there! that should have been told beforehand hand with all your feautures. It was so inconvenient to go outside at night. there are no other way to spend your night in the hotel as the pool closes early. I did like the computer use and my white soft comforter

The hotel was too far way from the boardwalk and beach. Self parking was across the street (not good). The beds were very comfortable, staff was very nice, room was not as clean as i would have liked it. The water in the sink would not go down. The heated pool was "COLD"

The bottom line you need to spend a little to get what you want = beach, casinos, boardwalk, parking in the hotel

when i return to a.c. nj i will be staying at the sheraton, my daughter had the best time of her life. it was an easy walk to the stores and the boardwalk as well. i give this hotel five stars!

one night stay check in and out simple room was great no view but clean and comfortable parking was included free which i didn't know up front room was exactly as described didn't use pool but looked good welcome pkg incldded discounts for shopping and other freebies walking with bags to the convention center parking was the only down side would definitly stay again good value for the price

My experience at Sheraton Atlantic City was overall a great stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. When booking my room through a third party, there was a mistake of a king bed versus two double beds, and the fornt desk reservation area fixed it right away without any hesitation. When we called for additional pillows and towles, housekeeping brought it up withing minutes of the call. It is also so conveniently located attached to the convention center so it made it super easy to get to and from there without having to deal with going outside.
