the hotel has a great potentials. you could make a nice cafe on the side of the resort that overlooks the ocean. you can provide more information regarding shows running in other hotels and casinos. the flyers that given at the desk when you check in more friendly. it sounded like rules and regulations in the jail. "you will be charged this if you do this, charged this if you this" It left bad impression when we checked in. Please fix the broadwalk so people could walk to other casinos when the weather is good

We stayed for only two nights and loved it! We had a studio apartment and everything was clean and in great condition. The balcony was a bonus we didn't expect and absolutely loved, with north views of the shore and the marina hotels. The AC worked great. The bathroom was in fine condition and well equipped. The place is well maintained. There is a restaurant on site but we didn't have a chance to go. We used the pool and roof deck, which was fine although I imagine it could get crowded during a busy season. (we were there mid-week). There is also a laundry room if you have to wash clothes. Garage parking is $5/day. We opted to park on the street and did so with no problems. The location is a bit remote, but the free shuttle to Bally's is great and gets you into the action, although that service ends at midnight. We would definitely go back to The Flagship.

I Stayed On: May 21, 2008    I stayed here because: Reasonable weekend rate!
Would I recommend it? Yes!    My visit was for: Family Vacation    My Age is: 35 - 49

We stayed at Flagship for a discounted rate, if we agreed to do their time sharing tour. The time share tour was a nice experience and the salesman were not over bearing at all. We did not purchase the time share but the rewards from taking the tour were worth it!

We arrived before check-in with prompt courteous service! We have stayed in every resort in AC, this being one of the most impressive where it came to service and courteous staff and nice rooms with breathtaking relaxing views!

We were in our room by 2:30 pm which is always a plus! This place was very impressive! The entire staff is exceptional, dependable and friendly! The bar and restaraunt are reasonbly priced with excellent food. They have happy hour too!

The views are awesome. We didn't even need to leave the property for our entire stay. Their is a fishing pier where we viewed people fishing everyday! Next time we will bring our bikes. We highly recommend this resort to anyone.

This is an all suite resort with Full service Concierge services. The suites include kitchenettes, with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, utensils and a private balcony with chairs. There is cable/satellite TV, clock radio, iron/ironing board and direct dial phone. The resort has a fully equipped fitness center with Oceanfront views, indoor Aquatic Center with a heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor hot tub and sun deck, arcade and game room, and the Ozone Restaurant with a spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Brigantine Island. There is a Free Casino Shuttle from the resort to Bally's and back hourly so there is no need to take your car and incur the casinos' parking fees.

The knowledgeable staff are very friendly and attentive and are always ready and willing, no matter the hour, to meet the needs and requests of the guests.

I have stayed at this resort numerous times over the past three years and have never been disapppointed. Try it and see.

Before we checked in for a week they said there was a shuttle on the premises to casinos, there wasn't. They said there was wifi available, there wasn't. The pool area was nice with itsy-bitsy towels and the hot tubs were unavailable. At the end of May there was still too much work going on to get ready for "the season" -- I thought a casino resort area would always be in-season. Front desk staff not knowledgeable about area restaurants and entertainment and there were no brochures available. No concierge services either.
