My fiance & I just stayed at Bluegreen Atlantic Palace in Feb for my birthday/Valentine's day & we had a wonderful time. This was our first time staying at this hotel & we didn't know what to expect. We were very happy with the room. The jacuzzi in our room was great & also larger than some of the other hotels. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. There was a window seat that looked out to the boadwalk & ocean, what a great view! The only bad thing I could say was that the hot tub was not in use when we were there, other than that everything else was good. It's a great value to stay here plus a really good location. We will definetely come here again!!

Great Time, February 18, 2009

Reviewer: bubby0723 from Maryland
Pros:
This hotel is just far enough and just close enough to the casinos. Right on the boardwalk!
Cons:
They do not offer cleaning services for free, it costs money daily.

I stayed in this hotel on 2/15/2009 and had a wonderful time with my fiance. The room was very spacious and had and LCD TV, Full Kitchen, Jacuzzi Tub, Nice View. We only paid $120. We were weary at first because it had no casinos but found that it was on the boardwalk and a few minute walk in either direction to casinos. We felt that we got a great deal for the price we paid and also didnt have to deal with casino crowds because of the location. If you dont like walking you can also catch the little cart rides for $3 up and down the boardwalk at anytime. If your looking for a relaxed atmosphere within walking distance to the casinos i would recommend this hotel. The pool was closed when we went so we didnt get to experience it. They dont offer maid service for free, but we only stayed for one night. They also dont have any continental breakfast but again good location, clean hotel, huge room, and not too expensive. They also have a 24 hour exercise room thats pretty nice also.

Atlantic Palace was a really nice place to stay. While the jacuzzi was just a large tub, the kitchen & dining setup was very nice. View was amazing from the 23rd floor! The price was just right, and they were able to accomidate special requests! Some of the other people staying in the hotel were a bit shady, so I wouldnt recomended going to the lobby alone if your a woman.

Fantasea Resort was an excellent hotel that i choose. It had everything you needed. Kitchen fully equipped, large flat screen tv, Dvd, radio, and the suite appearence was breath taking. I loved the fact that transportation was provided to the casinso's and back to the resort. And not mention pricing was perfect. I would highly recommend this resort and i will definitly be back. It made the weekend i planned better then i had plan. Thank you Fantasea!!!!

Very happy with the room and front desk service. Could not beat the two sunrises we saw with out leaving the bed for any price. Boardwalk entrance to hotel was convenient and secure. Parking on inside garage was good, but should be included in room price. Also elevators in the garage would be nice. No wireless service in the rooms.

My one night stay at the hotel was good. The personnel of the hotel were very friendly and very helpful. The suite has all the appliances needed to make your stay more confortable. The bathroom was very interesting with the open window.

My husband and I just returned from a 2 night stay at the Fantasea Resort. As others have said the ocean and bay views were wonderful, as was the private balcony. We have stayed at some of the casinos and they cannot compare with the views afforded at this resort! Having said that..the room was fine, seemed to be up-dated with tile and newer carpet..because we were not "time-share owners", we had daily maid service, which was nice. Also having a small kitchen with fridge and microwave was a plus. The elevators were a negative...VERY slow..it was better to go down and then up when trying to get to your floor (we were on the 15th). Their breakfast buffet was very good ($10.95), we never used the pool area as we went to the beach every day..there is a small beach to the right of the resort..very private, with lots of shells, and even a lifeguard. Also we were never bothered by the timeshare sales people..not even a phone call. All in all a very good room and resort for the money.

Location. Between Resorts and Ballys, short walking distance to both.

The location is great and the front desk service was friendly, professional and accomodating. Housekeeping services were dissapointing to say the least. They don't make up your room on a daily basis and when they do, they simply replace your towels and fold your blankets over. The tub and sinks were not cleaned and the floor not vaccumed. That being said, the views were incredible. The design of the room is somewhat awkward. When the pull out couch is open; not a lot of room to move around. Pool area was ok; elevators, a little on the slow side. The room we had, studio, was much older and in desparate need of upgrading. Formica pulling away from drawers, worn out carpets, very uncomfortable mattress. Even more awkward was the window in the bathroom overlooking the living room. Great for a couples but not so much for a family. It does have a blind yet still akward. Bathrooms are spacious and jetted tub was great. The rooms are quiet and you can't hear your neighbors or doors slamming. Security is tight. I would deifinitely stay here again, but would make it a point to ask for an upgraded room. Worth the extra money! For those of you who are searching for the convenience of location, you literally open the hotel door right onto to the boardwalk!
