Pros: everyone was so nice and helpful
Cons: would have liked more action within the casino. I wish the pool area was bigger.

Great experience. The staff was great and always very helpful. Would definitely come back and refer to friends and family. I loved how central this resort was in relation to all of the attractions.

i loved my stay at caesar's..My check-in was fast, the desk clerk was very pleasant and most helpful. they even gave me a coupon book with discounts. Our room was gorgeous . the housekeeping staff were very efficient. If i were to rate this hotel; it would be a definite 10! oh! I almost forgot! the location was a straight shot from the AC expressway. there was no way to get lost! we didn't even have to make any turns : WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?

Arrival to Caesars by car- just to start - no good markings where to turn into the front of the hotel - drove around around to finally find the congested area to the front. Bellhops! - Primo - best part of our day

Room - deluxe room approximately $400 per night - broken heater - broken windows - room was over 80 degrees and we couldn't cool it off unless we opened the door.

Went to front desk - did not ask for manager - just spoke to the girls at the desk who were very sympathetic - but merely apologized for our trouble.

Dinner at Morton's for 4 - ($400 bill) NO AMBIENCE - VERY LOUD AND BUSTLING - good for business - bad for enjoyment - waiter and maitr d' way too stuffy. One steak was overcooked on dinner for four - by the time her dinner was replaced - she ate by herself because we were finished eating. Salads are tasteless - I had Filet Oscar - asparagus was actually sliced in half longwise! I believe I counted four PIECES - wow! Never saw that in any retaurant - perhaps a money saver?

Tray of food to show tables before they order includes a lobster sitting on a serving tray with its claws taped - still alive - when the waiter actually picks it up to showcase it - it moves around - this is not necessary for showcasing that they carry lobster on the menu. What next - they will lead a cow through the restaurant to point out the cuts of steak?

We spoke out and were obviously not appreciated for doing so - body language is everything.

By 3:00AM two of the four of our party could not sleep because of the room temperatrue. Went to front desk and requested to speak with manager - this time we were immediately moved to the new part of hotel after the same explanation given earlier. THE BEST NEWS - Geri Swift the manager was VERY ACCOMODATING and kind....So we trumped from one room to another in our pajamas and all at 4:00AM - I kid you not. Hotel then gave us an extra hour to stay in room and comped us breakfast (very nice) However valet who came to pick up our luggage at 12:40PM (before scheduled checkout time) was very irritated having to wait a few minutes for us to get loaded up on the cart - stating that someone was being held up from checking into our room next -so sorry for his luck as if we were not inconvenienced. We do a trip like this but once and a while!!!! After check out - we enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Cafe Roma and some fun walking on the boardwalk - goodbye Casesar's

We will be returning to Harrah's where we visited in 2009 next time around - -NOW -- if you want to discuss a hotel and hotel stay - TOP OF THE LINE - too bad we didn't repeat our visit - dummy us - Live and Learn

thanks for the opportunity to vent

We enjoyed the luxury of the room. The location on the boardwalk and pier, made choses of food, entertainment and shopping easy. We never had to use the car for the four days there. Morton's as usual, did not disappoint and our dinner at the Tavern on the Pier was great for a more casual dining experience.

I Stayed On: July 28, 2009    I stayed here because: Location and Price
Would I recommend it? Yes!    My visit was for: Leisure    My Age is: 35 - 49

We received a great deal on the room and upgraded to a premium room once we arrived for an additional $60 per night. The room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The pier has nice shops but are very expensive but the hotel is right next to the bargain outlets which were great.

Our only con was the beach. The beach experienced a "red tide" a few days before our arrival and the rotting fish odor was terrible. Also our children came out of the water covered in tiny white worms. It took an hour long shower to clean them up. I don't blame the hotel for mother nature but they could have warned us upon check-in but didn't. The employees working on the beach (life guards and umbrella/chair rental) should have warned us but didn't. After cleaning the kids up we went to the pool only to be told that kids could not be at the pool after 1pm which is fine but given the fact that the beach/ocean was unuseable we felt that Caesar's should have changed the pool policy while the beach was in the condition that it was. Unfotuantely for us, management didn't agree and there were many upset parents.

Overall the location was great, the premium rooms were very nice but the beach was terrible and Caesars never warned unsuspecting guests.

Caesar's: Fun place, a little pricy for the value, August 12, 2008
Reviewer: EBlessing from Boston, MA

Pros: Caesar's is located right on the pier and is connected to many restaurants, bars, and shops.
Cons: Rooms are teeny, tiny and the bathroom does not have a vent in it (so it smelled a bit musty)

Overall, had a great stay at Caesar's. It is in a great location for whatever you may want to do, shopping, eating, drinking, nightlife, gambling, and the beach. For the price, the rooms are pretty small (unless you pay top dollar for a luxury room) and the bathroom does not have any ventilation. By the end of my 3-night stay, the bathroom was smelling pretty moldy. Otherwise, I had a great stay and would go again!

1st room had no window, easily switched to another room, stayed 1 nite in it because it was about 90 degrees, front desk seemed to know all about it when we inquired next morning, gave us another room in the tower - absolutely perfect. Only problem, forgot my phone charger in 2nd room and housekeeping said they didn't have it even though new people in room said they gave it to her. Food was good. Location was great.
