Last overnight stay was November 2007. Whenever my family stays in AC we always stay at Bally's. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, although the Tower Rooms are by far the nicest. I always enjoy the hotel and the fact that it is within walking distance (sometimes inside) of almost everything including other hotels & casinos. The self park garage is convenient if you don't want to valet and the rooms are only a short walk from check-in, which is nice if you travel with lots of luggage. We like the variety of the actual games and the selection of restaurants. I would like to see more 24/7 restaurants since the casino is 24/7. I do find that the drink service on the casino floor is not very fast. Sometimes it takes quite a long time for the cocktail hosts/hostesses to get back with drinks, but everything else I find to be excellent. Being a Diamond Cardholder definitely has its advantages. I also think that Bally's offers me more rewards and percs for my time spent here and it is very convenient & easy to use them. It is by far our favorite place to stay and play in Atlantic City. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was very disappointed when I stayed at Bally's. I was put in the "Old" section of the hotel which was cramped and smelly. When I complained to the front desk, they were unwilling to help me and they were downright rude. For the second night, I transferred to the Comfort Inn which was actually nicer and much more accomodating than Bally's.

I love this hotel. It is very centrally located on the strip, the rooms are nicely decorated and beds are very comfortable. I love having a cafe in the lobby that is always available for a quick snack, a cup of coffee or a simple breakfast. I have stayed at Bally's in AC and in Vegas and have been very satisfied each time. My husband and I usually go on the weekdays but we seek out this hotel each time. For the price - you really can't lose!

Loved wide flat screen TV. Security to get to room is great. Virginia City Buffet is a favorite.
Cons:
Casino service was not as good as Harrah's or Borgata. Did not enjoy food in Johnny Rockets Cafe.

 Bally's Security on check in is among the best. Hotel and casino service is only average when compared to Harrah's and the Borgata. I did not find my personnel at housekeeping and front desk to be all that accommodating or friendly. The shops and casino location are good and I like the easy in door access from Bally to the other 3 casinos. Enjoyed the pool but not the spa.

I Like Ballys it is one of the most comfortable, friendy, clean places and with the rewards card you can get some good rates. The staff on the floor where i play slots always take very good care of me and come around on a regular bases to see if i need anything to drink, coffee, soda, cocktail. A great place to stay and relax

BALLYS IS THE BEST HOTEL I STAYED IN IN ATLANTIC CITY. WE STAYED IN BALLYS TOWER THE ROOM WAS JAW DROPPING, THE ROOM WAS SURROUNDED WITH WINDOWS WITH SUCH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. THE BATHROOM HAD A HUGE JACUZZI RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW WITH A GREAT VIEW. THE SHOWER WAS ALL MARBLE, THERE WAS A SIT DOWN VANITY. THE BED AND BEDDING WAS SO COMFORTABLE. THE BEST PART OF MY STAY WAS BALLYS SPA. THE INDOOR POOL AND JACUZZI AND SAUNA ROOMS WERE SO RELAXING, WE DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE. I AM PLANNING MY NEXT TRIP ALREADY!

Although I have been visiting A.C. for many years, this was my first time staying overnight at one of the casinos (I do not remember what month we stayed, but it was in 2007). We had a great time gambling, indulging in a drink or two, then just hanging out not worrying about driving home, which is always a plus! I would love to stay overnight again soon!
