we had a great time everything went great we even extended our stay with no problem there are many options for dining plenty of slots and tables and the kareoke at the beach bar was fun they should have that every night out there instead of the dj overall we had a great time and would definitely stay there again

I wish i choose a different casino to stay in, the rooms here were terrible. First when we went into the room it looked okay, at a first glance. Then we went into the bathroom, the toliet was lopsided, the faucet was crucid, there was hair in the sink and on the floor. As if that is not bad enough we go over to look out the window, go to pull the curtain across and there is BLOOD on the curtain. Where the wand is to pull it closed is dirty and has blood on it. Then we look up and the air conditioner vent was begining to come out of the wall. The refridgerator we turn on for three hours and is not even cold. They bring us a new one and leave it in the middle of the room. I go to use the internet to find an ATM compatiable with my bank card, the keyboard doesnt work, now they bring me a new one. The internet will not load any of the web pages so i am charge for the internet i could not even use. The room safe said "low battery", so for fear of not getting it opened once we put our stuff in, we choose to lug everything around with us. Since we were only staying for 2 nights we sucked it up and dealt with this horrifying room. I will never recommend anyone to go to this casino, in side the casino it self smelt bad, and all of the slot machines are exactly the same (just cost more). I would never bring anyone here, not even to walk in the front door and play a slot machine. For the amount of money i actually did end up dumping into those machines i could have gone to Vegas and Back.

We enjoyed our stay. The room could have been in better condition. The room was clean, though it could have been cleaner.The pool was great!We would stay again now that we know how to get through to our rooms.

Took a long time to get drinks on the floor..Rooms were nice and the rates very reasonable. Great location to boardwalk and adjacent casino's. The buffet at Wild Wild West Casino is great and would recommend eating here even if your not staying.

stayed there Sept 18&19th/2008-had the best time-the rooms in the Dennis tower were the nicest and the most comfortable bed and pillows ever-I've stayed at all the Harrahs properties in AC-this is definately the nicest in my opinion. The pool area is awsome even though they charge $10.00 for a day pass-worth every penny!

Very slow service at check in. Then we went to our room and opened the door to discover that it wasn't vacant. So, we had to go back downstairs and do it all over again. The room was also very pricey. It was nearly $400.00 for one night. Finally, it seemed that the hotel and casino were built in a hodge podge manner over time rather than using a well thought out design. It was sort of like a maze.

The location of the hotel/casino was perfectly located in the middle of the boardwalk so everything was easily accessed. The only disappointment was that they put us in the Claridge Tower which was very old and seemed almost secluded. The rooms were a good size but the bathroom was just very run down. There were stains in the tub and toilet along with very dim light. The decor in the room was very minimal. If you would like luxury, definitely make sure they don't put you in the Claridge Tower! This is a very basic room for those who don't plan on spending too much time in there!

The valet service is outstanding. We parked in Bally because we had a handicapped person with us. Our friends stayed at Ballys we stayed in another casino. We actually pulled up to the wrong side. The attendants ran over to the other side and got her cart for her. They were so polite and helpful. Our next stay will be at Ballys. Thanks for your hospitality.
