Although we were on a non-smoking floor the room had a very bad smell. They did spray the room with a deodorant but it didn't help. I asked for a different room but they had none. The ice machine on the floor was not working so they told me to go to a different floor. I tried several floors until I found a machine that worked. We had trouble with several machines in the casino- they wouldn't accept our bills although they were crisp & the cash out tcks weren't right. I will not stay here again.

We checked in for an overnight. The deal was good. Friend's non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Had to go to other hotels to eat. No coffee shop; buffet closed. Registration checked in other people before we checked out. Ice machine broken. Complaints not taken care of. Don't expect luxury - more like a Days Inn.

My girlfriend and I had a blast, we would recommend the Trump Plaza to anyone. We really had fun at the Beach Bar and relaxed on the beach in front of the hotel! Great trip, we will be back! One small negative, we got lost in the casino a few times, really spread out with different slot rooms etc

A three night stay, June 7, 2009

Pros: Plenty of food choices both within the hotel and close by
Cons: If parking first, luggage must be taken through the casino. You can instead drive up to the lobby.

We were looking for a nice three day get-away to celebrate an anniversary. We were very happy with the accommodation. We chose a waterfront view. The view was great. The room was very comfortable with a king size bed. The room was adequate in size, but not one of the larger suites. Although we did not book the Deluxe room, the room was furnished and decorated in a way you would expect at a resort casino. Plenty of choices to eat. We had dinner at EVO and the Rain Forrest. Food was great at each and reasonably priced. Max's Steakhouse and Roberto's Italian restaurants alternate the days they are open. The 24 Cafe was very convenient for breakfast and for late night meals. The food and service was good and very reasonably priced.

The swimming pool has an ocean view. I was surprised by the stainless steel that the pool was made with. Pool depth ranged from 3ft to 4ft and a nice size. The stainless steel took some getting used to (feet tended to slip)

I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel package was an outstanding value: Room price also included Chairman's Club passes and match play money for table games. Resteraunt prices were reasonably priced; Casino staff were professional, coutious and friendly. Security staff were posted all throughout. The slot machines paid nicely.

Upon arrival, getting used to a new casino layout is always fun. Once we got that wired, it was a pleasure. The dinig options are abundant for different tastes and budgets. The slots were loose and fun. It was a great location for entering and exiting the city and especially for attending the Boradwalk Music Hall -- not to mention the Dancing With The Stars show!
