Overall this was a good deal for the money. The hotel was clean and the room service was great. There were not many places to eat inside the casino. The check in was delayed one hour, but management did compensate with a free 2 hour late check out.

The Christmas show was excellent * this was the highlight of our stay. Check in & out was very good. Most restaurants were closed  . My smoke free suite used to be a smoking room and man did it stink of smoke - real bad. The outside of our ocean view windows look as though they had not been cleaned in a year. The mattress was old and sagging. The room was very dated and way below par. The restaurants that were open did a very good job; good food & good service. I will not likely stay at the aging Hilton again.

Arrived Sunday Dec. 13th to check-in at about noon. already over 60 people on line waiting to check in with only two people working the front desk. Stood in line for over an hour. Checked with bell personnel and other employees and they say this is normal. Later in the afternoon I counted over 100 people on line going out to the entrance with still only two people at front desk checking them in. It wasn't until later that evening that the lines were finally down. Hard to find people in the hotel that can help you since they have few or a very minimum number on duty. Also didn't like the fact that they charge $100.00 to your credit card immediately and then when you check-out they credit this to you in 3 - 5 days. No other casino in Atlantic city does this. Also had dinner at Patsy's where they have a $35.00 full course (4 course dinner). Was good but they never told us that they ran out of one course and had to make substitutions. People were courteous if you could find employees. Will never stay at this hotel again and destroyed my players card. I'll stick with Caesar's (the best), Bally's and Borgata.

 Hotel IS on the boardwalk, with an outside bar and outside entertainment (not open on my stay), lovely show, very spacious room, hotwater for bathtub was lukewarm (stayed at hotel in December). Free parking. Nice restaurants. Pool hours should be extended. Overall I had a very nice stay!

The room was comfortable, clean - accomodations were well kept and great. The staff was friendly. I felt that I chose the perfect hotel for my weekend. It rained all weekend, and the fact that there was a Casino inside the hotel allowed me to stay inside and enjoy everything.

the hotel overall was great; rooms were clean & all updated. The only problem was that there aren't enough food facilities for the volume of people the hotel books. Some restaurants are only open for a few hours...not much choice of eateries

Our stay at the Hilton was very nice. Our room was not available at 3:30pm, but I was quickly offered another room. We were spending the day on the beach, where umbrella service was available as well as restrooms and showers. Always a plus. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and after a day on the beach, the refreshing shower and plush towels were a wonderful bonus. Room service and elevators were very slow, but it was the day of the airshow so we expected this would be the case. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.

We had the best time! Room was gorgeous, view was breath-taking, staff was excellent, beach was beautiful! Would DEFINITELY stay again.  The only problem we encountered was check in. Although the staff was apologetic and very professional, it took us 1 1/2 hours! Other than that, our stay was better than excellent!

When we checked into our room the toilet overflowed. The plumber took care of the clog problem but it took atleast an hour before someone came to clean up the water all over the floor. There were 10 people in the room next to us, 5 were kids, three were babies. After being in the casino all Friday night we coudn't sleep Saturday morning because at 7am the babies were crying and the kids kept running out in the hall and slamming the door. Thank God they checked out by noon on Saturday so we could have a peaceful night; since we had to check out Sunday. Beside these obstacles the Hotel is a great place to stay!

The casino was a nice place to play. Won the most I ever did in their casino. Hotel room was big and comfy. Staff was nice and always said hello. The problems was that there are only two bars and one was closed and the buffet was closed during the week I would stay again
