   I Stayed On: August 28, 2009    I stayed here because: Price, location, Jacuzzi tub
   Would I recommend it? No Way    My visit was for: Romantic Getaway    My Age is: 25 – 34
 
The hotel is located within a reasonable driving distance of AC. There was a problem with the reservation that was made over the internet. When I tried to talk to the guy he started yelling at me. He called his manager and then he yelled at me also. Somehow on the reservation, the days got messed up it was supposed to be fri and sat but ended up being thurs and fri. They were the most rude and mean people. They threatened to not even let me and my husband to have the room. It is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Also ordered a NON-smoking room and they said they only had smoking available.

Pros: The location was good right on the White Horse Pike easy to find.
Cons: My sheets were old and stained had to request new ones from the laundry room, ceiling wasn't done

   Would I recommend it? No Way    My visit was for: Romantic Getaway    My Age is: 35 - 49
 
This isn't a place I would stay again until it's remodelled if your planning on spending a nice romantic nite this isn't the location. I requested a non-smoking, jacuzzi room and was given a hard time about the price I paid online for the room. The toliet wouldn't stop running all nite making the floor wet as you walked in everytime. Not a good experience.
