Pros: I liked shuttle to AC and back and nice pool

I felt this hotel was at a good price and offered a gym, free shuttle to hotel and also a pool. I was not happy about smokey smell of the hotel and I fell by the pool since the tile is to slippery. Overall I think for the price the place was not bad if you are just staying a night or two. The check in guys were very nice and accomodating. I did have someone at the front desk give me wrong information reagarding the continental breakfast in which I did not get because they told me it was on till 11:30. I still would go back for the price and free shuttle service.

I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who doesn't mind the 10 minute drive to the AC Boardwalk. The room was very clean and cozy. Also if you are staying with kids the hotel has a game room open all night.

Continental breakfast is a simple of a few pastries, coffee, tea, orange or apple juice and there were fruit flies at the pastry containers. The adverstising stated hot breakfast but the hot breakfast is not included. The room condition is full of odd smell. Carpet is old and dirty. I found two cockroaches on the floor. I would not stay here again.

The package from AC Hotel Experts was nice with 2 free tickets to the Ultimate Variety show in Trump Plaza, other than that, the hotel is not worth to stay for my family.

We had a few minor issues when we checked in but after that are stay went fine. At check in the Guy behind the desk wasn't very friendly. The air condition didn't work but they gave us a new room and it worked fine.The tv dosn't have a lot of channels but we were at the casinos and doing other things so it wasn't that bad. They state that they serve a hot breakfast but all we saw was continetal. After we got past the first Rude guy the rest of the staff were very nice BUT because of his behavior we almost went to another hotel to stay. over all we had a nice stay but if we had to do it again we would probably stay some where else..

The place was great! I would stay again, but maybe not on a holiday weekend. Our stay was accompanied by a bus trip with a production company trying to produce a video- So, you had all types of very naked women walking around the hotel , where there were families and children trying to enjoy the holiday. The hotel was great, but I don't think they new how to handle the disrespectful guests.

for the money not a bad place to stay. especially at the last minute. i would stay here again if in a pinch.we also did not run into much traffic heading to the beach.it was also convientently located to nearby bars and resteraunts.

Hotel was very average and not worth the price. Rooms were clean, but had a musty smell. Front desk staff was very good and helpful.

Restaurant did not look clean and breakfast buffet did not look good. We walked in and the cook was running his hands through his hair, while checking the food quantities. Do not eat here!!!

The location is good and everything is nearby. Front Desk staffs are very courteous and friendly however, they are lack of house keeping supplies like pillows or additional towels. The sound of A/C unit is not tolerable; I suggest taking a look before you check in as there rooms with non operational A/C. In house restaurant is not worthy to taste the food. All though the rooms have non smoking sign my guess is all the rooms has terrible smell of smokes and it gave me headache. No visible sign of emergency exit, fire extinguishers and lack of security. This will be my last choice of hotel. :
