We stayed at th Flaghip for two nights and three days. The staff was very attentive and very helpful with all of our needs. The view from our balcony was amazing. I loved seeing the sun come in the window each morning. The kitchenette was very nice I just wish that I knew exactly what was going to be provided for use as to better bring what was needed. Dont forget to bring your own salt and pepper for the shakers. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on it was horrible. That is something that definately needs to be fixed. The bathroom was very nice but it seems that halfway through the use of the shower or tub the water would turn ice cold which was very annoying. I enjoyed the fact that there was a parking garage because I personally would not have parked my car on the street overnight. But I was amazed that it cost 7.50 a day to park there you would think that the parking garage would be included in your stay. The other problem with the parking garage was the fact that it took us over 30 minutes to find a spot to park at night because there are not enough spots. They should look into biuilding some more parking for your guests because that was very annoying.

I chose to stay Flagship resort this past weekend because I was going to a show at a nearby hotel and when I went to check in, they told me the room that I reserved is not available, and gave me some lame excuse rather than being honest as to why they have to moved me to another hotel. I called them on the date of check in to make sure that the room I reserved is available and I told them I will check in later that night. But no, they overbooked people and basically is first come first serve, if you do not show up on time (4pm check in time) they give your room away and they moved you out of Atlantic city to another hotel which is 15 mins away. The whole purpose of me booking with Flagship is the location, if I want to stay at another hotel in another town I would book it myself. They did not compensated me anything for the inconvenience they caused. Worst hotel ever!!! Don't ever stay there...you will be move out of ATLANTIC CITY!!!!!!

We found the hotel suite very run down. The door to the balcony was taped shut because it would not stay closed. I was very happy that it was not winter. We had to pay for parking. We paid alot of money for two days stay and we would have left if we would not have been charged full for cancelling. The shuttle ran only every hour, and if it was full you had to wait for the next one. We had to take a taxi because the shuttle stopped running at 12:00 a.m. Come on this is Atlantic City! We would be charged $50.00 if the dishes were not done when we left, and the garbage had to be tied up when we left. We were very upset with our stay. We will never stay here again, and we will not tell any of our family and freinds to stay here. They also called us on the phone to set up an appointment to try to sell us the resort. Very, Very bad experience!!!!!!!

We had stayed at the Flagship a few years ago and, therefore, were disappointed when our "suite" was just a small room with double beds and a below average efficiency-kitchenette. The carpet and furnishings were dark and dirty-looking, there was not enough storage room for a family of four, the one chair in the room blocked access to the air conditioning, which could not be lowered, and the clock radio was not working. I also thought the Fitness Center, which I went to every morning, should have been on the same floor as the pool, not a floor below! And it would have been nice to see a recumbent bike in the center instead of three exercise bikes with uncomfortable seats and a couple of non-working panels. I was most disappointed in the fact that I could only get internet service if I paid for it in the Business Center after the information in the room said there was wireless service in every room! And I could not get it to work right from my own laptop, I had to use a hotel PC station.I almost forgot! If the bathroom got too humid, the floors would become very slippery. Dangerous. We had to put towels on the floor to keep from slipping after we took a shower.

The location is not perfect, but neither bad. There are some shabby unoccupied buildings south of Maine Avenue which makes the area looks bad, but let me say it is safe. The staff was very courteous, the housekeeping service was great, they came every morning to change bed sheets and towels and remove unwanted garbage and oh course to clean the room. The restaurant food was good. The bed mattresses are HARD AS BRICK, that was the only thing i could not take as it disrupted my rest. The shuttle runs every hour, it leaves the hotel on the hour to Ballys and leaves Ballys 15 after the hour back to the hotel. The problem with the shuttle is that it can carry only 18 passengers at a time, so most times guests that depends on the free Flagship shuttle have to wait another hour for the next shuttle. A few more shuttles need to be available especially in the peak seasons. There is a Jitney shuttle that runs 2 short blocks away from the hotel and charges $2.25 per person so most times we took it. Far cheaper that the cost for the cabs. We had a wonderful balcony view of the boardwalk and over view North of the city. May go again provided that they change those mattresses.

Stayed in a room that needed to be rehabbed for a promotional time share event then they showed us a beautiful room available for owners- You'd think they would put u up in the nice room to convince you to buy! Location has a nice view but too far from main action and the walk is not a short one and not thru the nicest neighborhood but beats waiting for a shuttle that goes every hour and stops at midnight- do I have a curfew? Got out the pool because of disorderly guests and floating saliva; the game room needs updating and the garage was always full.

Well I just got back from there , well I read a lot of reviews before I decided to stay there . Most of them were somewhat helpful , but still wanted to see it . The price was great . Now let's start with the restaurant . Let me tell you people if you want to eat something nice and better , I suggest you go somewhere in the city , not the boardwalk , not the Ozone Restaurant . The service was bad , the waiter didn't know what he was doing , taking orders mixing them up . The first night we didn't get even water on the table , the second we got water but no bread , the silverware was dirty and they serve raw chicken on the kids menu with spice in it . They have very small menu to chose from .
Now the breakfast even blah-h-h-h french toast , some sausages bacon , coffee , cereal and if you want eggs you have to go to the line cook to make you some .
Maybe I am very picky because I live with a chef and know everything about that . I can't even give them average for the restaurant. Sorry .
Now the room . The beds are platform beds , don't look down they are all dirty . I have been 4 times in AC all in different hotels everytime and this one I'll rate the dirtiest .
The housekeeper came to put some fresh towels pick up the garbage and I am not sure about everyday changing the sheets . The coffee pot was dirty , I left some crumbs , they were not cleaned after that . Well they will fine you if you leave any dishes or pots dirty $50 . There is no safe box in the rooms , they have that in the lobby for free .
They give you "high speed internet for free " but the speed is only like 11 Mbps , well not bad , but if you bring your laptop with you and don't provide a safe box , what do you have to do , since they are not liable for any lost or stolen items .
Bathroom somewhat OK . I am 5'10 and had a little rough time washing myself (i.m. the hair ) I didn't know that housekeeping gets tips , if you want to leave is one thing but to leave an envelope for it , please .That's not professional at all.
But overall if only the food and the service wasn't that bad I would've give them 4 .
Now the boardwalk food , please don't eat there . Breakfast we decided to stop at Dunkin donuts for coffee and breakfast , well they had no ice for the Latte , no croissants , and the plain bagel sandwich was no taste at all .
The next day the same thing . A few doors down for breakfast we got waffles - I give it 4 because the were frozen and he put them in the waffle machine to head them up . Fennel cake was fine 5 , and the Zeppoles 1 - they all were raw inside , common people you want to make money show a little care , you re feeding people not animals .
The three brothers pizzeria - pizza raw dough as well .
Ok Casablanca have good food try to order from them .
the burger had taste the sausages were good , and cheese sandwich with french fries were good - 5 .
The hotel is more family oriented , there is no casino there , they have a play room , which on the pics looks bigs , but is not . The pool same thing the deck is not so great either .
The shuttle you better be on time or 10 earlier or you have to wait another hour to take you to Bally's . The elevators there are 4 and most of the time the wait time is like 10 min .
Well I thing I said what I had to say , not bad for the money , but I'll put a serious thought about returning to this hotel .
