Pros:

Cons:
The service leaves a little to be desired, sometimes staff is unpleasant and not very helpful

Last overnight stay was November 2007. Whenever my family stays in AC we always stay at Bally's. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, although the Tower Rooms are by far the nicest. I always enjoy the hotel and the fact that it is within walking distance (sometimes inside) of almost everything including other hotels & casinos. The self park garage is convenient if you don't want to valet and the rooms are only a short walk from check-in, which is nice if you travel with lots of luggage. We like the variety of the actual games and the selection of restaurants. I would like to see more 24/7 restaurants since the casino is 24/7. I do find that the drink service on the casino floor is not very fast. Sometimes it takes quite a long time for the cocktail hosts/hostesses to get back with drinks, but everything else I find to be excellent. Being a Diamond Cardholder definitely has its advantages. I also think that Bally's offers me more rewards and percs for my time spent here and it is very convenient & easy to use them. It is by far our favorite place to stay and play in Atlantic City. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
