Service was horrible! No one at the front desk for 15 mins when trying to check-in! Pool closed too!, September 28, 2009

Pros: Apartmetn style suite
Cons: Housekeeps were running behind schedulte, so my guest and I had to wait in lobby for a clean room.

While conveniently located on the board walk, this hotel was very tacky! You have to be buzzed in, just to get into the lobby, and God forbid, the one desk clerk has to use the bathroom or decideds to stretch her legs, a sign goes up that reads " Will be back in 15 minutes" mean while, my guest and I are standing outside with 4 bags of luggage waiting for her to come back from where ever she ventured off to, to buzz us in. Then once inside of the lobby, we were told that our room wasn't ready, when we already called and confirmed that our room would be ready at 2:30 pm, we didnt get a room until 3:30pm. So not only do we wait out side after a tiring 3 hour ride to AC, but now we get to enjoy the lobby couch for an hour, because the house keepers were running behind schedule.
