Good stay at Sheraton, August 19, 2009

Pros:
The Hotel was close enough to all attractions of Atlantic citybut far enough away to not be a bother
Cons:
Staff in food service could have been much more pleasant

The Sheraton lived up to the standards of a Sheraton. However, planning before - could have been better- telephones took a LONG time to be answered.
Staff who answered were not knowledgabel of the location of the bus and train stations !!!
Dining staff and in-room dining staff need to be trained to be more pleasant.
All-in-all it was a good pleasant stay
(Wish they would change to a no-pets policy)!
