February 28 stay at Ballys was a nice surprise., March 11, 2008
Pros:
Loved wide flat screen TV. Security to get to room is great. Virginia City Buffet is a favorite.
Cons:
Casino service was not as good as Harrah's or Borgata. Did not enjoy food in Johnny Rockets Cafe.

Bally's Security on check in is among the best. Hotel and casino service is only average when compared to Harrah's and the Borgata. I did not find my personnel at housekeeping and front desk to be all that accommodating or friendly. The shops and casino location are good and I like the easy in door access from Bally to the other 3 casinos. Enjoyed the pool but not the spa.
