Upon check in we never received a directory of what was available at this casino/hotel....The room was very dirty, the drapes were all soiled, the room smelled bad of smoke even though we were on a non-smoking floor. The elevators were a whole other issue, 20 minute wait and elevator still wasn't to our 32nd floor. The indoor pool was very dirty looking so we didn't use it.
On the upside, we ate at the sports bar for lunch which was excellent as was our dinner at Carmine's. Thank goodness for the restaurants...and the shops area!!! I would recommend this hotel based upon the choice of restaurants and shops, and the imax theatre.
