The Courtyard itself is a beautiful hotel. The lobby was gorgeous! The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. Due to a mix-up, they had me down that I was booked for two rooms. One of the rooms was already booked but the cancellation for the other room was never sent. The front desk did mention that I should try to call the people I booked my hotel with because she will have to charge me for the additional room and / or the cancellation. I called and the office was closed. The front desk attendant went above and beyond and got the night manager. They were able to cancel my second room AND not charge me for it!!  I know most hotels would have still charged you. I definitely know that most front desk attendants would not have went above and beyond like she did. I did not ask to speak to a manager, she took the initiative and did that on her own. When we needed something, it was brought to our room right away, no questions asked. Housekeeping kept the room clean and at the same room temperature we left it at. Overall, it was a nice stay at the Courtyard. And I will definitely do it again.
