I stayed at this hotel on 3/18/09-3/20/09.
I had a two bedroom suite and it looked like a cheap box of cereal.The carpet had a funky smell like bad feet.The kitchen stove:two burners didn't work. House keeping came the next morning and asked for the dirty laundry.I asked housekeeping for more wash cloths and towels while giving her the washcloths and towels that were dirty.The house keeper stated that she will be back in 2 hours after she wash the dirty laundry that I gave her.I went to the front desk and asked the receptionist about the protocall for new wash cloths and towels to a room.And do they have extra linens for the hotel.Later that day the kids went swimming and the room was cold and no heat.The heaters were broken all 5 or 6 of the heaters were not working.I called from the pool area to the front desk and told the receptionist about this matter.The front desk stated that it has been broken for a while because other customers complained, therfore there was no heat, no extra linen and a funky room. I rate this hotel an 0 star. cheap, but not worth the stay!!!!!!! :angry and upset family.
