Great location...room OK for the price., October 9, 2008

Pros:
Room was oceanfront & overlooked the boardwalk!
Cons:
Hotel is a little run down...rooms & casino could use a facelift.

For the price, the Resorts room was great. It was cheap, quiet, and a great, convenient location right on the boardwalk. Our room had an ocean and boardwalk view, and the staff at the front counter was very friendly. They made sure they gave us a room that was ocean-front thanks to the special note I entered at the time of booking online through AChotelexperts.com. However, the room was a bit behind the times as was the casino. Bathroom needed updated badly! The rest of the room wasn't too bad...but the blue tiles all over the bath (including the ceiling) made us feel like we just stepped back into 1985! Okay for a quick, one-nite getaway. :)
