We had stayed at the Flagship a few years ago and, therefore, were disappointed when our "suite" was just a small room with double beds and a below average efficiency-kitchenette. The carpet and furnishings were dark and dirty-looking, there was not enough storage room for a family of four, the one chair in the room blocked access to the air conditioning, which could not be lowered, and the clock radio was not working. I also thought the Fitness Center, which I went to every morning, should have been on the same floor as the pool, not a floor below! And it would have been nice to see a recumbent bike in the center instead of three exercise bikes with uncomfortable seats and a couple of non-working panels. I was most disappointed in the fact that I could only get internet service if I paid for it in the Business Center after the information in the room said there was wireless service in every room! And I could not get it to work right from my own laptop, I had to use a hotel PC station.I almost forgot! If the bathroom got too humid, the floors would become very slippery. Dangerous. We had to put towels on the floor to keep from slipping after we took a shower.
