Pros:
Rooms in Rendez-Vous Tower are very nice and lots of space - only drawback is no bathtub.
Cons:
There should be complimentary coffee in the rooms.

We had no problems checking in or out. Service was pleasant and relatively quick, at front desk, with bell captain and housekeeping. The Rendez-Vous Tower is newer so boasts nice rooms. Walking through the Ocean Tower while going to the pool, it was apparent that this tower needed some major renovation. Restaurants were nice - buffet is okay. Bartenders and dealers were all very friendly. Could use a few more blackjack tables - especially single deck.
