The check-in policy was inconsistent with information given by the front desk. We were told check-in began at 1pm, but they didn't start much before 2pm. Then they stated we could "register" at 2pm but could not "check in" and get into our room before 4pm. Not sure what the point of the "registration" process was. I have never been in a hotel where they line you up like cattle to "check-in" or "register" - they made us stand there in line while doing nothing behind the desk. They were in no way concerned about customer service. Housekeeping came into our room and wanted to clean the bathroom before we had even checked out the next morning - very, very rude and inconsiderate. The casino was nice, the hotel was clean and a good location on the boardwalk. The bartenders were very friendly:)
