Pros:
The location is nice and the hotel is very pretty.
Cons:
Hotel staff are rude and unprofessional.

The hotel is very pretty. The room pleasant to look at. Not enough blankets on beds and no extras in closets. The ironing board cover had multiple stains on it. Covered with towel to iron garmets. Housekeeping knocked on door at 8:45am to clean room. We were still sleeping.
Doorman very rude. Some of the bell staff nice, others not so nice. Some of the other staff pretty rude as well. But the woman in customer relations was very pleasant. I don't think I would stay there again.
